We typically have appointments available within 2–3 business days. For urgent cases, we offer same-day consultations — just call our emergency line. Walk-ins are also welcome during OPD hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM–7 PM).

We strongly recommend both partners attend the first consultation — fertility challenges often have contributions from both sides, and joint assessment leads to a more comprehensive treatment plan. However, if one partner cannot attend, we can still proceed.

Absolutely. Patient confidentiality is a non-negotiable at Ganga Laxmi IVF. Your medical records, test results, and treatment history are never shared without your written consent. We comply fully with India's health data privacy regulations.

The first visit typically includes a detailed medical history review, pelvic ultrasound, and hormonal blood tests (FSH, LH, AMH, estradiol). For male partners, a semen analysis is recommended. We share results and a personalised treatment plan before you leave.

We work with several insurance providers and can assist with TPA coordination. However, most fertility treatments in India are not fully covered by standard policies. Our billing team will provide a detailed cost estimate upfront and help you navigate insurance claims where applicable.
